#26: Feng Shui of a Cubicle

The cubicle has become a standard feature of modern office design in the corporate workplace. Yet most people do not feel comfortable working in a “cube world.” It creates lots of stress, anxiety, and agitation, ultimately resulting in a negative impact on both creativity and productivity.

Fengshui of Cubicle office

In a cubicle, a worker must face a partition panel (Mountain), which blocks their view and hinders free thought and creativity, making them feel trapped. In addition, with no Mountain behind to protect, people feel vulnerable, thus creating stress.

There have been attempts to liberate workers from this constricting cell. Office furniture companies have tried to improve its design. Unfortunately, those who have attempted to improve it, are not aware that the real root of the problem is the Chi-Energy issue, and do not look at the problem from the Feng Shui perspective.
